Histrionic Engineering team provides process engineering which applies the principles of safety, reliability, operability, maintainability, efficiency and performance of the process requirement of the plants. Team services in preparation of the process flow diagrams (PFD), piping and instrumentation drawings (P&ID) based on project requirements.
Our Services
- Applying the principles of mass, momentum and heat transfer to process and equipment design, including conceptual, scheme and detail design
- Sizing of process and mechanical equipment and preparing datasheets
- Preparing pressure drop calculation for pipe line, NPSH calculation pump and pump selection
- Performing process equipments sizing/capacity calculations for pumps, compressors, vessel, separators, tanks, heat exchangers, line hydraulics, size of pressure relief valves, breather valves and control valves and selecting the correct valves, process vent sizing as per applicable codes.
- Reviewing existing data and verifying vendor data documents to check compliance with process requirements
- Process design optimization – designing, upgrading, monitoring and troubleshooting existing processes
- Assessing the safety and environmental impact of the equipment
- Risk assessment, including hazard and operability (HAZOP) studies, for the health and safety of the wider community
